We offer out of hours emergency assistance from 6pm to 8am weekdays and at weekends *
Our out of hours pricing is simply double so £60 for the first hour then £20 per half hour after that.
(Minimum charge is 1 hour, then charged per half hour)

At the weekends and after 6pm Handyman Russ offers an out-of-hours service. The charges for the out of hours are simply double. So that means If you have a deadline to meet then you now have someone on hand who is willing to work really late into the night. The out of hours service means Handyman Russ can offer a cost effective option to many remote landlords with urgent property requirements in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. So if you get a call from your tenant late at night or if you find out you’ve been broken into, you now have someone on hand who can help at those awkward times. We can help make the premises safe and secure by boarding up any broken windows or doors, then sweep up the glass and replace or repair any damages at your convenience. We can’t always guarantee this service is available but we are always happy to receive your call any time of night. Typical out of hours services include to:
- Boarding up broken windows or doors

- Fitting replacement doors
- Replacing door locks
- Replacing door furniture
- Fitting spy-holes
- Fitting door chains
- Installing security devices
- Leaks*
- Flat car battery (jump start)

*A fully qualified plumber on emergency call out can cost the earth. But not all leaks within a property require a qualified plumber to fix them. Competent in most applications within a domestic dwelling, Handyman Russ can help diagnose and fix various types of leaks, but is not a qualified plumber and can’t guarantee to fix every leak. In these instances Handyman Russ will help to find an out-of-hours plumber who can deal with the problem for you.
